Community Involvement

The Chamber of Commerce is highly involved in promoting the community of Drumheller, not only its businesses, but groups that are dedicated to making Drumheller the best place to live.

Through our community involvement by way of the legacy fund or service hours by our members and volunteers, we assist Drumheller to become a better place to live, work & play.

Chamber Golf Tournament

Dinosaur Trail Golf CourseEach year in August, the Annual Chamber Golf Tournament tees off to welcome Drumheller's business community for a great day of golf.   The funds raised from the day go back to the community to benefit Drumheller's local organizations and/or events. Community groups are invited to submit an application to receive a portion of these funds. In addition to the communtiy groups selected each year, the following are also ongoing beneficiaries of the tournament's funding: Canada Day Parade, St. Anthony's School Scholarship, Drumheller Valley Secondary School Scholarship and the Alberta Youth Entrepeneurship Camp.

Mark your calendars for this tournament in August for a great day of fun to benefit the amazing community groups of Drumheller!!

In the past decade, the Chamber golf tournament has donated $101,778 to local community organizations.
