Office & Chamber Services Coordinator

The Drumheller & District Chamber of Commerce is seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to fill the position of Office & Chamber Services Coordinator. The position serves all primary functions of Chamber services, including programs, projects and events for the Chamber and its members. The Office & Chamber Services Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the growth, retention and marketing of membership services and strives to achieve a high level of membership satisfaction. The position will also supply administrative support to the Chamber of Commerce, World’s Largest Dinosaur and Visitor Information Centre.


Qualifications:

• Business administration or marketing diploma/degree or other related program

• 1-3 years relevant work experience

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Familiarity with social media platforms and website design

• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships

• Event planning and management experience

• Knowledge of general office administration

• Valid Class 5 Drivers License


Term: Full-time permanent, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm


Compensation: Salary based on skills and experience; group health benefits and RSP available
